- 5 hours
A day of returning to your true voice, your inner stillness, and the freedom of authentic expression. The afternoon opens with voice liberation, playfully releasing whatever stands between you and your true essence, then an hour of free time before a tea ceremony turns the listening inward and poetry comes out of the quiet. Live music is woven gently through the whole day, and the evening carries on around the long table.
Voice Liberation is a journey of finding your way back to your true voice and authentic expression. Playfully exploring and gently releasing what stands between you and your true essence.
The tea ceremony is a ritual of slowing down and turning inward. Through silence, listening and presence, we connect with our centre and the quiet wisdom of our inner voice. From this place of stillness, we allow words to emerge naturally and enter the world of poetry.
Live music is woven gently throughout the day, offering moments of sweetness and connection: soulful, world-inspired sounds to soothe the heart, awaken the senses, and accompany us along the journey.
A day to listen deeply, express freely, and return to your inner truth.
Meet the artist

Jasmine Nalaya
Singer, voice facilitator and tea ceremony holder.
Jasmine has been singing and writing songs since she was a toddler, recording in professional studios from the age of 10.
With a background in music, vocal studies, and speech therapy, she has spent more than a decade travelling the world and immersing herself in diverse musical traditions: from opera and jazz to Sufi, Indian, African, Turkish, and Arabic music.
Her journey has shaped her into a deeply versatile and intuitive artist, with a passion for exploring the many ways the human voice can express, connect, and heal.
Her mission is to help people reconnect with their true essence and discover their most authentic expression through the power of their voice.
