Exercise: Breathing Out Thoughts and Emotions:
Sit in your meditation posture, with your spine erected, paying attention to the grounding of your sitting. Take three deep breaths
Close your eyes and focus your awareness on your breath until you feel yourself becoming settled and centered.
Now, begin to notice the thoughts and emotions as they arise. Whenever a negative thought or emotion comes up, breathe it out, breath it in, and breathe it out
repeat as long as necessary.
Grounding your Energy
Regularly connecting to the earth’s natural, powerful energy is now known to be healing and vital for all people.
Your body is naturally able to absorb electrical charges from the earth since your skin acts like a conductor. Your feet are believed to especially be good at receiving the earth’s electricity.
When you walk barefoot, free electrons are transferred from the Earth into your body, and this grounding effect is one of the most potent antioxidants we know of -Dr. Mercola
According to earthing expert Clint Ober, our brain, heart beat and neurotransmitter activity rely on electrical signals, so when our electricity if off, so can be certain aspects of our health.
Grounding helps your body and root chakra connect with the energy of the Earth. By grounding yourself, you claim ownership of your energy. You feel balanced, centred and ready to accomplish your goal.
Attract Wellbeing, Happiness and Success by conditioning and communicating with your subconscious mind.

The Power Pose
Your Hormones and Your Confidence
Recent research coming out of Harvard University, The University of Oregon, The University of Texas and many other places is revealing that powerful and effective leaders not only share similar mindsets, but also similar hormone levels. More specifically, powerful leaders tend to have higher levels of testosterone and lower levels of cortisol.
Higher levels of testosterone (in both men and women) lead to increased feelings of confidence. Meanwhile, lower levels of cortisol lead to decreased anxiety and an improved ability to deal with stress.

Yogic Child Pose
Benefits of Child’s Pose
Child’s Pose helps to stretch the hips, thighs, and ankles while reducing stress and fatigue. It gently relaxes the muscles on the front of the body while softly and passively stretching the muscles of the back torso.
This resting pose centers, calms, and soothes the brain, making it a therapeutic posture for relieving stress. When performed with the head and torso supported, it can also help relieve back and neck pain. Sometimes used as a counter-pose to backbends, Child’s Pose restores balance and equanimity to the body.
