Thoughts = Energy
 Power comes from understanding yourself and being aware of the power within you.
The Power of Positive Thoughts:
 If we create positive thoughts about ourselves, our qualities and powers, the energy of those thoughts will heal and change past negative beliefs that are stores in the Subconscious mind.
What we focus on shall expand, our thoughts create our reality. If you change the way you think, you will change the way you feel and ultimately, you will change your reality. So, focus on positivity and it shall expand, focus on your pain, it shall also expand.
This reminds me of a quote written by Wayne W Dyer:
“Change the way you look at things and the things that you look at change” Imagine when a man thinks of a young attractive naked woman, you can imagine what will physically happen to him!
